Bro you can get a taxi, train and public bus to Bangkok city. There are 2 trains one in morning and one late evening and for timings you need to check online.

The last bus leaves the airport at 10:00 PM you need to be fast so that you can get your visa and immigration done. Collect your luggage and rush for the bus to pattaya
