I actually made my own suspension system today. I bought a cable from home depot, a couple clamps, and used dumbell grips for the handles. It can be hung over my chinups bar. Cost me about eleven bucks.

I found one of these in my garage, I think I got it free with something I bought and just threw it in a box. I got it out 2 weeks ago and its great! Can really get your muscles burning. Great video!

Hello there, have you tried "Musclegend" (search on Google)? On their website you can watch a good free video showing the way to pack on noticeable lean muscle very fast. This helped Brandon to break through his muscle building stagnation and consequently build toned lean muscle free of fat super fast. It may help you out also...
A good flow, but not very well-balanced as there's only one lower body exercise and 3 push-up variations.
It would be a shame for you not to build strength when other people are able to build strength so easily using "MegaMAX Muscle Maker" (search for it on google).
Learn proper techniques before making tutorials for others.
