I love Japanese cuisine, so methodical and the chefs are clearly very passionate about their craft
omggggg the little gift at the end i would have cried after all this demonstration of talent by the sushi chef
Please, god, alow me once in my life eat in this sacred place! Amen!
I like sushi. To me 4-5 nigiri is like a cup of rice almost so a very satisfying snack/meal. Filling. This event looked like a gut-buster, classy and value.

Hey there! Excellent video 10/10! wanting to go book this place after your video, do they communicate in english and how was the experience in terms of service and connection to the chef?
@hopescape6697

They all spoke good enough English, we did not have any problem communicating. Service was pretty nice, if we had any questions about the food that was served they answered it. It was about 1:30-2hr dinner we all got to speak to people sitting next to us for little bit. After all there were only about 10 of us at the max at the bar. Over all very warm pleasant experience :) Hope you have a good time 🙏🏼❤️

The quality of sushi in Japan cannot be compared to that in the US due to its proximity to the source. Additionally, the current exchange rate between the Japanese Yen and the USD is very favorable for dollar holders :)

Such quantity, quality and selection/choise in Nobu (for example, at the Tsukiji market in Tokyo) will cost half the amount - 80-100 dollars per person.

@@torjimon well we did go to Daiwa sushi in Tokyo fish market, we got around 7-9 pieces for $70-80 per person. Nice quality sushi. (fyi -Daiwa is on my 1st vlog on Tokyo)

@@hopescape6697... You mentioned the "Daiwa sushi" in Tokyo fish market. It seems to be the "Toyosu" market recently opened NEW fish market in Tokyo. I don't mind its quality or even the prices at all, but the ATMOSPHERE at Toyosu is different from the old Tsukiji fish market in Tokyo. Toyosu looks like just a supermarket. If you haven't been to Tsukiji, try to visit. Trully speaking, now only a small part of it remains - it was moved from the city center to Toyosu island. But it's still worth visiting.

@@torjimon I know Russia is a great place for seafood, especially crab. Cold-water seafood is always beautiful. I would love to visit Russia someday and indulge in crab every single day until I get sick of it lol. Not sure if that possible lol.

However, I do hope to visit Russia one day to experience its amazing cuisine. Inflation and climate change are unfortunate global realities, impacting us all. We actually did, as much as we can, but I edited whole a lot and chef wanted to speak English and make us feel comfortable. I felt that was with in Japanese culture most of places we went even if we spoke very minimal Japanese they spoke back to us in English. To be honest if they went in to full Japanese mode got back to us in Japanese we probably won’t understand much. I thought they knew foreigners well and we both went in a respectful way.
