Her bruising troubled me and self inflicted stabbing ....how could she have done all of that ....along with the black car and the sock ....definitely room for doubt

This is ridiculous she's guilty lol, mind blowing that a lawyer who is clearly intelligent can say she is innocent after 26 years of working with her.

The fact that he has no motive to say she’s innocent after all these years proves that he really does believe she didn't do it. There are so many inconsistencies in the case, she is not guilty beyond reasonable doubt but there was definitely foul play involved. I believe she either planned this with her husband, or her husband did it, or her husband paid someone to rob the house and it went wrong. The husband to this day believes that his wife is innocent which shows that he’s either in cahoots with her or feels incredibly guilty that his plans ended this way. It’s not so cut and dry.

@@DG-kd5bs Well, he is representing Darlie. What would happen if he said “Darlie is guilty.” I would imagine that would not go over well. Darin accused darlie on the 911 call. I have a feeling that he supports her for some reason other than believing she is innocent.

The fingerprint, the only one of the hundreds they found that isn’t 100% identified, doesn’t have enough points to be identified beyond a doubt. But, Darlie does match the identified points of the print. It’s her’s. No one else was in that house. As far as motive, who the hell would have a motive to murder two little boys sleeping in their house? One that makes any sense? Why did Darlie do this? Who knows? But she absolutely did.

You are absolutely correct. What has been identified has not come back in Darlie’s favor, and the fingerprint is Darlie’s. It has not been 100% proven, but it is close enough to 100% for me to say it with certainty. Also, in 2015, it was analyzed for male dna only, and none was found.

I would hate to have innocent on death row, even in prison, but this woman still saying innocent seems far fetched. I guess at this point why own it? Who would want to admit to this atrocious crime? Just seems unbelievable someone came in and killed babies. Husband never saw anyone. Lots of bad people in the world but even they hardly ever kill children. Strangers. Family members do on occasion. She did have more injuries than made to believe by state. IDK such a crazy story. And what she says on the 911 call seems suspect.

Will you explain what you mean by “she did have more injuries than made to believe by the state”? As far as I am aware all of Darlie’s real injuries were photographed as evidence and mentioned in the trial transcripts. But, I believe darlie did it, and will never take responsibility. Also, the 911 call shows signs of deception according to experts. It is a very bizarre 911 call in many ways.

@@jooliagoolia9959 When and where did the police say that darlie did not have time to take the sock? How was that determined? Keep in mind, there is no real timeline. A timeline needs a start and end point and no can provide either. Also, keep in mind that Darin has never been charged as an accomplice or for involvement in the murders, so if they could prove he ran the sock, and not darlie, why was he never charged? The sock was found a few houses down, and I am confident she could have left her house to discard the sock, and came back within a minute. There is no timeline.

I know that attacking someone's character can get ugly and very petty. "Dancing on the grave" type of comment, but a person is found guilty on a simple thing as behaviour pre-crime. Yes, the sock thing can't be explained, but so much blood evidence are very suspicious. The husband is not so honest as wel, found guilty on insurance fraud. Just saying

Darlie routier is guilty but she is without doubt mentally ill and should not be on death row, life imprisonment would be more appropriate and treatment for her mental illness should be made available but before this could happen she would have to confess, and perhaps the regression therapy could help her to stop denying and get the help that she needs.
