Not gonna lie my memory isn't great but the season 43 finalists was the most interesting final group in a long time. It should be looked back upon fondly. It's pretty unusual to end the season on a WTF note and have final tribal feel up in the air. Very memorable.

Yeah it was really interesting, especially after Jesse lost the fire making challenge...

I hope people appreciate Drew from 45 a lot more after having seen the major disaster that was Jelinsky. Atleast Drew knew what he was talking about and made it to close to the finals.

Drew was very underrated even before Jelinsky played. But it just shows how tough it is for that archetype to do well.

Y are people low onrandon when Tevin and Liz said something to Venus that made her feel on the bottom and not with them, and alon with randon being on the other side too, it looks like Tevin Liz and rando and Hunter (by proxy of Tevin) will vote out Venus. I think Tevin can pull in soda back later

46 did see Yam Yam win. They flew out to Fiji a couple of days after the 44 finale. 45 is the one that left when they merged.

Maybe I’m biased bc he is my winner pick but bhanus confessional about finding the idol I think is a foreshadow that he will find one eventually and that tribe doesn’t have a solid alliance with it cracking just episode one so I think there are options to maneuver for him

Bhanu was excellent in episode 1! Would not be mad at all if your theory were true!

I think tevins monologue was making it in regardless of how well tevin does. In fact I think tevins the type of character whose getting a big edit regardless of how well he actually does. Not saying that he won’t go far but I wouldn’t read too much of his edit based on how well he did.

I have a feeling Liz or Jess (especially Liz) could be a med-evact

I feel like with Liz they were playing it up as she's actually ready for the struggle because she's always struggled. But Jess may not even be there long enough to consider quitting.

I think they got rid of the sacrificing votes part for the idols in 46 because they weren't sure if they were gonna get 90 mins for this season and so they maybe didn't want to incorporate the sacrificing votes part cause it would be a bit too much explain with only 60 mins. Or maybe they just wanted to try something different for Season 46

Great point. Jeff has said quite a few times they shot this season so it could work as 60 or 90. So that would make sense to get rid of that!

This new era imo has been great. Yeah there are going to be ups and down in every “restart” of a show. Survivor is still survivor but it’s definitely different and we gotta take it for what it is if they won’t change it back. The only thing I didn’t really like about the premiere was that the card game basically just makes one person a loser no matter what and makes them look like a “bad guy”. Even though in my opinion it’s survivor and it’s a literal game in front of you so it shouldn’t be used against you as if you’re a “liar”. EVERYONE ON THE ISLAND IS LYING. I feel like we just got very lucky that is was jelinski who drew the card and not Tevin. I feel if Tevin had grabbed the card the surivvor community wouldn’t have batted an eye about him lying or playing the game while we clown on jelinski. (Which is Justified)

The interview was hilarious with all the freezing there has never been a better looking frozen screen. Also gotta thank you Phil and Will, I didn’t know I needed double Cassidy in my life but you gave it to us at the end and now it’s everything I could ever ask for.
