I've been going without Liver supps like NAC and TUDCA for the last year and GGT has always been in the teens. Never been an issue.     It's crazy between 50 and 60 Hematocrit is a thing. I start having problems when I'm pushing 20. I'll get tension headaches and eye twitches, especially when doing any kind of real lifting in the gym when I'm pushing 20 hematocrit. As long as I'm giving blood every 2 months and keeping my numbers below 15, I don't have any issues. I can't imagine how think your blood must be pushing between 50 and 60. I'm usually up around 18 when it's time to give blood and once I get around there, my blood will be so thick it doesn't even want to run.

    @IFBBJacked you gotta stop blood dumping bro that’s not helping you at all. I’m talking about hematocrit, you’re talking about hemoglobin. My hemoglobin is only 16-17. Hematocrit is 3x your hemoglobin. Your hemoglobin is a 20 that means your hematocrit is a 60… blood dumping is not the way. Go get your iron and ferritin levels checked cause i guarantee they are low

    @@ChaseIrons I learned my lesson with donating frequently. My ferritin was in the basement and I would feel sick as fuck for a week after donating. Key is staying hydrated and limiting my red meat intake. I feel like donating frequently is only going to make your bounce back, and make your levels even higher at times.

    Lot definitely has changed man. I remember you always saying avoid AI's but at the dosages you're running seems unavoidable. I think you used to say if anything just take a SERM like Ralox if you had gyno sides. I've never had any estrogen issues on cycle. Also interested to see how EQ will be. I've always wanted to try it, but too many people have had bad side effects. 1 guy in particular posted bloodwork showing EQ crushed his Estrogen levels. Dude has a video somewhere on KZread and ran it twice both with the same results. Anyway man appreciate your honestly. I'll definitely be following your journey

    Thanks for this list Chase! Def needed. For rosuvastatin, do you ever notice muscle aches or slow recovery? I hopped on it 5mg MWF for my blast and ever since, I feel like I'm more sore than ever and I don't recover quicker like I used to without it. Also do you have any sleep supp recommendations? I use melatonin, but I feel groggy and sleepy even on 3mg a night.

    I’ve been using it for the last two years and in the last two years I have grown more than ever so no I do not have any issues with side effects from that. Ketotifen makes me sleepy

    I started using 5mg daily back in 2020 when Leo first started raving on about it, I ran 1-2 cycles a year later and during those cycles I increased it to 10mg daily and it kept my LDL under 70 even on 1.5g of injectables and some Anavar when even as a natural I would genetically stay between 150-200. Pretty magic stuff. Experimented between as low as 1.25 - 5mg every other day over the next 2 years and came off of it entirely 3 months ago. It didn’t negatively affect any of my blood markers or insulin sensitivity but it made my already somewhat prolonged muscle recovery even longer (DOMS especially), and my muscular endurance was quite negatively affected on it, worsening with escalating dosages. This is regardless of ubiquinone, ubiquinol and tudca usage alongside rosuvastatin, all of which have some form of literature supporting their effects against statin induced myopathy. I can’t say I noticed any negative impacts on muscle hypertrophy though I as far as strength goes I do suspect it was slightly negatively affected, despite still being able to hit ‘elite’ PL numbers. One thing that did happen though is my likelihood of muscle strains increased dramatically on higher dosages, regardless of training periodisation, hydration, AAS - you name it. It was my main reason for trying the microdosages towards the end. Anecdotally it’s happened to a few other statin users I’ve spoken to as well and there’s some literature on it too. I do feel I’m a far better ‘athlete’ since stopping rosuvastatin and also metformin (it made training MMA hell sometimes) although I will likely go back and experiment with pravastatin and ezetimibe soon as Im genetically prone to hyperlipidemia. Haven’t run any cycle since 2021 and I stay on low-test only.

    So in short, some of us do have noticeable effects on muscle recovery and soreness. A potential solution is ubiquinol usage and trialling lower dosages. Alternative statins are also an option, pravastatin being the favourite here since it’s also hydrophilic. It’s a compromise you have to make between training and CAD until PCSK9 inhibitors and similar drugs become more widely available. We naturally produce under 300mcg of melatonin nightly. If you immediately jump to a dosage like 3mg there will be side effects, especially since melatonin has some noticeable effects on neurotransmitters and the ‘spill-over’ at higher dosages creeps into the waking hours of your day. Try 0.3-0.5mg to start off with immediately before sleeping, it’s what I’ve settled on after years of research and experimentation.

    Even though I'm on a light dose of TRT (140-150mgs) I stack fish oil, olive oil (mostly on my foods), red yeast rice with CoQ10, cialis 2.5mg EoD, and thinking of adding in extra Nattokinase and garlic. Any thoughts, on additions Chase? The goal is to obviously use this as a long term wellness stack with the TRT.

    Chase does high dose really make any difference in terms of gaining size and muscle ?? With proper diet ?? My friend who competitive bodybuilder says to me once you gain some knowledge and cycles a few times you should go high dose, or you will look the same.he is taking around 5.5g to 6g gear a week.

    If I've gotten permanent acid reflux from tren years ago and have to take Prilosec OTC everyday will taking betaine ACL to increase stomach acid exacerbate my acid reflux?

    It depends. Acid reflux is typically caused by a lack of stomach acid which raises the ph of the stomach and since the esophageal sphincter stays tightly closed the lower the pH is it loosens up when the pH rises, causing the acid that you have in your stomach to shoot up into the back of your throat.

    Just use backing soda, a teaspoon in some water or juice or whatever you want will stop acid reflux in its tracks. No need to spend money on an extra supplement, 4$ at any grocery store and you’re good.

    You can use either or both. There is no positive or negative to worry about with either. The negatives that people get from rosuvastatin are the people that need 40+mg daily. 5-10mg is no problem

    Ive never delt with hematocrit and im a big and lean guy on 250mg a week of test as TRT. My hematocrit is at 42. I just stay hydrated.

    I have some curve ball side effects. On 100mg test or my cycle 700mg test 400 primo my hematocrit always stays 50-54. Doesnt change with dose. Also my hair regrows on blast and falls out on trt? Wtf. Blood pressure always in rangr no matter hematocrit with 10-20mg cialis
