Wow!! Congrats ladies! The way Emily killed those box jumps was wild. Like how?!? Very impressive

I feel like you should have determined the amount of weight each person lifted based on their own body weight instead of gender-which would still put the women with lighter weights than men, but you'll at least have a more accurate strength and stamina comparison.

Hey Austen love your videos I can watch them all day lol. I’m leaving for boot camp April 3rd and selected (MA) Master At Arms at MEPS any advice for me?

On the grinder in Florida at 112F heat listening to "half down" and hold till the sweat was running down your nose and into your eyes. Then doing more push ups again on your knuckles and thumb tips. Old school boot camp lol

How does that make sense? The taller person needs a shorter box? That would make it unfair for the shorter girl because her already taller opponent would just be stepping up while she has to jump half her body's height.

What was dude squat weight?

In this climate, I would have appreciated all athletes having to lift the same weights. I would be mad if my “competition” had to squat 125lbs while I’m at over 200lbs. Another handicap win for the ladies I guess.

I know girls train and can get SUPER fit and strong. But I still don’t think it was fair to pull pull ups second round. Lol

The ladies were all incredible athletes, props to their athletic ability, but seriously the weight disparity was atrocious. You can have a head to head competition with different standards. Totally botched the integrity of the competition.
