Sad, but true. Keep an eye on that guy. I wonder if this type if behavior sets off red flags with internal affairs, or if they're overly pragmatic, and only go so far as to look into the "alleged" crime before them? I really do wonder what else that guys been up to. I have learned that, by law, the fire department is not obligated to take punitive action while an employees police matter works its way through the justice system, and they reserve the right to maintain employment all the way up to judgement. Oh, and of course there's probably a little bit of corruption with a smattering of nepotism within the local gov so unless the chief isn't well liked he's probably just gonna get a slap on the wrist. If that. Could end up being a factor of small town beaurocracy festering in a political quagmire. Wheres this all taken place? Piscataway, NJ? Yeahhhh.... Here are the "core values" pulled directly from the station website "To save lives, protect property, and serve our community with courage, commitment and compassion". Ooopsies.

Yeahhhh.... the lack of personal integrity will destroy society. what a shame.
damaging another man's car is insanely unmanly and a pssy thing to do
The lack of respect in this world is mind-boggling. He needs to be held responsible for his actions.
What happened to just talking to the owner or leaving a note before resorting to a career ending move. People have let evil rule their hearts and minds.

This is Babylon
This Chief has the maturity level of a toddler. He needs to loose his job as Chief and go to anger management classes.
As a car guy myself, that hurt to see. Chief should be ashamed of his actions.

Lol, imagine blaming the victim for parking his car on his own property. That's some dumb lefty logic right there.
All volunteer firefighters deserve to be paid full time, but this clearly isn’t one of them
That fire fighters true character shows in this video. His fellow firefighters should be afraid to serve with him.

If an adult behaves in this way, don't expect a youngster to behave otherwise.
Let’s see how the chief was driving through his neighborhood first off. Cause he has a modified exhaust, let’s see if he commonly disturbs his neighbors with loud revving and racing.
What is “allegedly” about it?
It's as if people with badges and uniforms, have become too used to operating outside and above the law.

The fire chief allegedly "resigned" and is now working at a McDonalds restaurant for $13 per hour.
This is the decision he makes when not under pressure? How can that town and his coworkers trust his decisions under pressure? You can't.

That's terrible. This is a firefighter who goes into your home at a time when you are the most vulnerable. It's wonderful that firefighters save lives and property. But that doesn't give him TITLE to everyone's belongings.
Someone from an authoritative position caught with corruption NO WAY! Good thing that’ll never happen again
Ignorance at its finest, not to mention childish.
People really need to grow up
The kind of chief that tells his guys to say “they were already dead when we got here” when they are saving the wrong kind of people.
So rainwater causes him to dump gravel, dirt, and mud onto somebody else’s car? Weird.
The same fire company was involved in a sexual harassment and wrongful dismissal suit that was resolved last year. The settlemant cost the district $325k. Chief Joshua Scolnick and Captain Adam Scolnic were both described as having failed to properly address the situation.
The fire chief doing the dirty work, and doesn't like water on his property, and playing childish games? A 1 of 30 car is hard to value.
That fire chief needs to pay for repairs and he needs to be FIRED. The man was being childish, how is he in charge of anything or anyone.
How can they go to the fire station and no one answer? Thats wild
