Arizona rancher George Kelly: ‘It’s not my fault. I didn’t do it’: Full interview

Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly says he and his wife are trying to “start life over again” after his trial in the fatal shooting of a Mexican national on his property along the southern border ended in a deadlocked jury. The Open borders policy. Constitutional rights of many has been violated since Biden has been in !! How about Jan. 6th?? Arrest persons that walked onto capitol grounds for maybe only 10 to 15 minutes & then leave. They later reconized these persons through facial reconation & then arrested them cause they were on capitol grounds. They did NOTHING WRONG !!! There rights were violated & arrested when they did nothing wrong & the videos could prove it !!! They put them in cells & would NOT even let them get a lawyer & the cells where they were held were not even clean. Federal prisons no doubt were better then the ones where they were at & republican senators could attest to that fact. Some have been in this jail since Jan 6th yet to this day & it looks like could not even get out on bond.......or they would have !! Biden & his crooked ass judicial system sucks & is illegal & everyone of them shoud rot in prison with no chance to ever get out !!!

All these comments I see show me how many folks are clueless. These people DO NOT CARE ABIUT THE COBSTATUTIOM, The mindset reflected in the comments is behind the times and naive. This is a war against spirits and principalities. They don't care about what is right or wrong any more or even creating the illusion of being righteous any more. This is a man that has become disillusioned and folks need to hear and understand what he’s telling you. Wake up and see through the illusion before it is too late. Our traitorous government gave us over to international banksters in 1871. They've all been lying to us ever since. “Then, by passing the Act of 1871, Congress formed a corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. This corporation, owned by foreign interests, shoved the organic version of the Constitution aside by changing the word ‘for’ to ‘of’ in the title. Let me explain: the original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers read: ‘The Constitution for the united states of America.’ [note that neither the words ‘united’ nor ‘states’ began with capital letters] But the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’ is a corporate constitution, which is absolutely NOT the same document you think it is. First of all, it ended all our rights of sovereignty [sui juris]. So you now have the HOW, how the international bankers got their hands on THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.”

But remember the republicans voted an improvement down, because that past president wants to use it as a platform for this election, so why try and fix it. Mmmm anyone that thinks they can fix this with a snap of their fingers is really not thinking at all. Do you remember money was collected in the last Presidency, not all those funds went to the wall…..they went into buying speed boat for you know who and was spent for anything other than the wall….this week this guy who was in charge is going to prison for diverting these funds. My heart goes out to this man. They need to go after their local officials first.

You have the right to remain silent…the question ought to be, will you have the sense to do so? Law enforcement is not on your side, they aren’t necessarily out to get you but they are not on your side. Unguarded speech quite possibly could mean the difference between a short time in jail to a life sentence in those cases where there has been a fatality or, as we see, charges laid when the person isn’t guilty at all. In these smaller jurisdictions where the person may be very familiar with the local deputies or Sheriff it’s very tempting to allow them to question you. There is a huge Adrenalin load after such an occurrence and a very human inclination to talk about what happened as a response to those stressors. Everyone should have the determination in their mind, especially if you live in situations where there is an increased potential for dangerous encounters, to NEVER, EVER, speak without representation.

It's not false charges. A dead body is on your property, you have some explaining to do. That's not unreasonable. We can't have police deciding at the scene who's guilty or innocent. We have due process for this reason. Allowing people to take the law into their own hands doesn't work out. I've lived in a country where this happens and a lot of innocent people get killed by a mob. I'm thankful this man was afforded due process and justice prevailed. He really should have cameras on his property and this could have helped significantly.

@@waitaminute2015 Simplistic. Of course there needs to be an investigation. But the fact is the very first instigator of that investigation was George Kelly. If he had not called it in the body might never had been found - as it was noted patrols were never seen in the area for years. This should be taken in to account. In any event due process means just that... ...due process, a course of legal proceedings according to rules and principles that have been established in a system of jurisprudence for the enforcement and protection of private rights. How about burden of proof? Here is what Cornell Uni says about burden of proof in criminal trial: ...in criminal cases, the burden of proving the defendant’s guilt is on the prosecution, and they must establish that fact beyond a reasonable doubt. This is why the jury voted 7:1 in favour of the defendant George Kelly. But given all the above why should George Kelly - or any USA citizen lose all his life's savings and despite being found not guilty, have to continue in uncertainty and further possibility of future proceedings. IMHO if a person is charged by legal authorities and found not guilty all charges incurred should be paid by the Government. Further... A very disturbing issue is the matter of the $1 million dollar bail. Given all the circumstances - right back to the defendant being the instigator of the investigation by immediately advising of the sighting of the dead body, which might otherwise not been found - the amount seems entirely inappropriate. A trial judge should be obligated - in all criminal cases - to give some account of the reasoning and justification when large, unachievable amounts are imposed. In this case it would have been apparent that a 70+ year old , 20 year resident rancher in Arizona would not have such funds or the ability to raise such funds. Who judges the judges? Start a fund - not a third party fund - someone directly involved - George Kelly himself - or the attorney he nominates - or NewsNation in George Kelly's name if he approves it. I'm not in the USA - not really relevant because this is becoming a worldwide problem. It matters. Set it up. NewsNation could do a follow-up and advise the details. This is one of the best interviews I have seen on KZread - but at the time of writing I see it is already 2 weeks old and might have been resolved. If not - show the proposed fund setup details. I'm good for a donation.
