I have been experiencing a very difficult period in my life and Matt has helped me to see it all more clearly. He appeared in a dream. I cried, he smiled, and we hugged. I love you all.

Vigilance is a classic PTSD response. Saying I love you, honey, is loving the child within. Tears are a response I get from this. It's a crack in my armor. Very appropriate after attending a 50 year high school reunion. Thanks, kids. You're a couple of the good ones. --KC

If something beautiful has to come out of a human being, the most important thing is a certain sense of abandon - who you are has been forgotten for a moment. That is when you sing beautifully, dance beautifully, paint beautifully, that is when you can do something beautifully. Today, we think of systems all the time. Systems will work, but too much of system will kill you in the end. If you learn to do something with abandon, it may not turn out the same way every time, but there is beauty to your action - not because of the result, simply for the action.If you have no sense of abandon in your life, you will suffer life after some time. Loved it so much...... Thought it resonate very much with this video :) :* :)

I had a wonderful experience today. I 'm facing very difficult situations in my life right now. I woke up feeling very distraught and wondering how I get through my day. Suddenly, I heard Julie's voice,. She created a KZread or some other audio where she just said over and over again "I love you, I love you, I love you"! And then I remembered the teachings 💖

My life changed in 2015 when I found Matt. Saying my "I love Yous" brought me my life partner after many years of having a very low self love bank account. Thank you Matt. I still giggle when I think about what I said when I hugged you in Boulder. "Who knew there was so much love in a small package?" Have a beautiful day!

I think Rupert Spira put it very nicely, saying that people often confuse illusion with something nonexistent. And he asked a student: have you ever had a "nonexistent" experience? Whatever is perceived as an illusion (say, emotions, like Matt's example) must by definition exist! And so Rupert ended up saying that illusion is simply something that is not what it appears to be. It is real and perceived but imperfectly.

surrendering to love, to me feels like surrendering to a bigger control, no? if love is in control allowing love to act on your behalf, is allowing a greater you to act on your behalf, no? if you are love making a distinction between you and love seems troubling even if there is a distinction, it is all still connected anyway

As I watch this, I think that this act of surrendering to love is VITAL to surviving in America today. I wonder Matt, what your speeches would look like if you switched it up even more, and came from a place of silence. You're so brilliant, really. I am just wondering what your brilliance would look like in a different form. You improvise in a spectacular way also.. Just my thoughts. You are doing an amazing job, and I ALWAYS look forward to what you will produce on your next day in front of the camera. I love how I can see how you spontaneously delivering information and tapping into what is shared and felt through us. Usually the newest video you have makes total sense to me, in a synchronistic sort of way. It will be related to the thoughts that I've been having lately. Do you think that when we understand what our dream was trying to tell us, it is a sign that we are becoming more conscious of that particular thing? I think so..
