I love how in sync my reality is lately, I must be the sun for sure Matt cause I have been doing my yachting course and this bunch mainly one guy keeps being like what you said in the transmission, and I was like I am me and that's ok, I was born diffrent and that is beautiful, and he keeps asking in a way like you said cause they are a bit further back. In my mind I keep sending them blessings cause I sense they were bullied in their life and I send them little hearts and you deserve more loves not less. I've been slowing helping to release the karma out of the energy field by staying true to myself and on a good vibration, keeping with my faith in love and kindness. You are totally right, many humans have very sad self talk to their baby selves, but our light and love and baby giggle and kindness are really helping to wake the other love babies up in others, feels good. A little bit each day. Isn't that amazing that everything that was said and everything I did in reply to the friend was everything in the transmission, such a blessing to walk the path to already know the way with my heart and feeling, it's like the smartest tracking gps because it lives inside me and glows. I had or have another friend very special to me and he is the other expression, about anger and passion, I think he's in love with me but it's like before he had broken down so much his heart was broken or something, I'm not sure how to explain it in human speak but when I looked inside with my baby vision the heart was a bit lifeless, meeting me or being in my energy field and living out the karma with unconditional love, courage and support together has really been transfiorming us both, he lives far away will about a hour plane ride but, it's very beautiful to love him as myself and him as I and to unravel with kindness knowing things are with love and non violence is really liberating, I feel very in harmony with my universe. I'm feeling my way through the journey yet the love already has the awswers. They love me for who I am, it's a first so as you can imagine I'm a bit nervous and excited, I have a offer to give them something feels right, even if they said no, it would be ok I feel like, my hearts at the broken beyond closing stage it's like, I'm. Giving and getting like two rainbows flowing in and out of my heart and head...My old judgements have left and I feel love, more peace and love with kindness, Thank you for helping me, al, the circulating is exciting I'm on a new path going into a new career upon the sea of faith and love as well as the literal I'm becoming a yaghtie. +Rae Rael I was listening to Doreen Virtue and one lady asked for prayers and I thought what a great idea: if alot of loving people prayed for me maybe it would change the amount of pain I'm in. So likewise I asked for prayers and boom she just cut off everyones ability to comment on her videos. That hurt. I felt like shit. Her and Gregg Bradden did a world peace prayer that lowered the crime rate. After the horrific abuse I've suffered I thought maybe this would be the thing (love) that changed everything. She has no virtue.

+Lori Miller Tune into your own heart and find infinite Love waiting to embrace you there. It isn't just close to you, it is IN you. Find your quiet place, close your eyes, let your thoughts turn to love, love all the thoughts that come, just like children who laugh and squeal on a playground. Just embrace and love them all. And as you love them, ask Holy Spirit, or if you prefer call if your Spiritual Guide or your guardian angel if He/She is there and wait quietly for the answer. It will come and it will answer inside your mind with something like "yes, my child, I am here." Then you have only to ask it to help you with your problems, to help you see love in every situation. And that little flame of love that you feel there will build and grow bigger. And each time you do it you will feel that warmth growing, so much so that it will burst out of you even during times you are not doing meditation. You will see things with new loving eyes. You will see the beauty and loveliness all around you. You will feel that love is your ever present companion.

Just started listening and I suppose someone will say it was a sound issue, but at the 7:30 mark, when Matt says, "You are your own spirit guide", there are 2 voices saying it. Both sound like Matt, but I thought that was significant. Kind of hitting the point home.

I've been down the 'spiritual' separation path and you are completely right - bad idea! I wish I could comment with foresight rather than hindsight. Great video. Much love!
