I do want to see some things that are more in his wheelhouse and give him more time. The Find the Cake video was good, I wish we had a video of Jonny making it all! Clearly these gigantic and severely time-pressured cakes are too much for him. He can do so much better. Give him a different type of challenge to make things interesting!

Major respect to the Try Guys for not censoring the image of the cake in the thumbnail so that we’d have to watch it in order to see the final product. I wouldn’t normally watch this video, but I watched this whole entire thing just because I wanted to repay my gratitude lmao 😂

This is what working at a grocery bakery making a full sheet cake with fruit filling at 18 years old and 5 foot feels like (a full is just two of those cakes). Also using a large flat piping tip will make frosting the cake base sooooo much easier and less crumbs/ lifting
