    Having watched this production line of fish it makes me wonder how no one gets ill from the rusty knives to all the filthy equipment being used.I can see the fish are steamed which kills germs and bacteria but all the filthy dirty equipment is used after this,before it’s sold to the public.

    Increible el proceso del pescado..... 1. No sabemos hasta cuando nos alcance los recursos naturales que Dios no da...2. Japon con toda la tecnologia ´para llevar un pescado a la mesa todo el proceso artesanal me parecio algo muy extraño tanta y tanta cosa y mas recursos que se nos acaban el agua la madera para llegar a la mesa y terminar en migajas...de por Dios

    that fish is seriously labor and time intensive. i don't see how they could make a profit after paying their workforce. i would think the smell would be terrible. i remember the fish market in FWB in the 50s, what a stench.
