I agree but I gave birth to 5 children and my intense, 16 hour labor could never have been imagined by my husband! Nor could he have imagined the 9 pound babies weight on my small framed body! It was painful just to walk to the bathroom! So it was MY pregnancy, I couldn't share the experience with him!

Wow, really makes me think about how my mom felt when she was pregnant with me because all three of her brothers’ wives were pregnant, her cousin was pregnant with twins, and my dad’s sister was also pregnant. I have 6 cousins all born a few months after me. I guess everyone wanted the 2000 baby but I came a little earlier (December of ‘99) It didn’t matter as children and was actually really fun but now all of us are graduating this year so there is somewhat of a competition for which family members can go to the graduations. Doesn’t make it feel as special

My mom would have cussed me out if I hid a pregnancy for 6 months from her and I'm 32 lol. She gets really upset if I keep important information a secret from her.

Omg This was so great!!! But that dog and his waggling tail at the end - that put me over the edge into full blown tears! Everyone's so happy! I also loved that you called out who everyone was so that we understood the importance of each surprise announcement. :) Thanks for sharing!
