I have been sitting here this afternoon watching these precious reunions of our soldiers coming home. They always make me smile and of course Happy tears. However, This paticular one was so incredibly bitter sweet for me. Happy for your precious reunion but then i noticed the date: "May 24th 2017" ... Just 2 days before this date on May 22nd 2017 i received the most Devastating news of my Entire life. i had lost My Precious Middle Son (David) on that day. Just 2 days before your incredible joy filled day here. Bible Scripture is SO TRUE LOOK: *(John 16:20 Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy. 21 A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world. 22 And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you. 23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. 24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full)*... It basically sums up our short filled lives here on the so very temporal earth. while some may be in a season of life in absolute joy, others are in seasons of absolute Devastation. THANK GOD My Son David Loved Jesus and knew the Lord Well. He was Saved IN JESUS CHRIST. Therefore, i rest ASSURED awaiting that GLORIOUS Day when i myself will once again be reunited and He WILL be placed back into my arms again as well. This is what i anxiously wait to ask Our Heavenly Father. To be able to hold my David finally again. He was about your precious young soldier's age. Even through my pain, i smiled and cried here watching Your precious Joy along with you. GOD BLESS YOU ALL and Savor EVERY precious moment together.

You know how determinated he is to get home when at 0:30 the driver said "we might run out of gas" and Brian replied:" well, I'll push it". Man, thanks you for your service!!!

video brought tears to my eyes as it shows all the love a real family has for each other and for the memories of my several home comings when I was a very young man serving in the Navy in the early 60's. Thank you for your beautiful video. All the people that I use to share love with in those home comings are gone now. I am the last one. Vides such as this truly remind me of what I have lost in life. But I am lucky because I have gained other loving people over the years that fill the voids of my missing family members from my childhood.
