I spent an hour or so floating peacefully with them in the Cayman Islands, I LOVE that you got the little head peeping out of the ocean for air. I recently quit caffeine (day 19) also after feeling like I reached an unhealthy level with it. - I must say, my energy levels are much more consistent (not necessarily higher lol) and any feelings of anxiousness I had really subsided. Will still implement it in a healthy way, but it’s nice to not be so dependent anymore
