yeah katie is really likeable and knows how to act on cam. its also not awkward and weird becaused she is considering divorce 24/7. ive seen so many channels where you can tell that the girl is a bit distant and not bothered and a few months later hte guy makes a video about divorce but they seem really normal and chill together. italian girls are just amazing

Tbh I’d usually have no interest in these type of videos but Will & Katie ( and the family in a whole not excluding Kofi ) makes them so enjoyable and genuine …

In my honest opinion, I believe the fact that because Katie is not on social media, she is not influenced by others and acts very natural and genuine as compared to most women we see these days. Hey Roberto...I just wanted to say that it gets better. I suffer with PTSD, severe anxiety and panic attacks. It's made me a prisoner in my own home for long periods of time. I know how hard it can be and it can get. What works for me may not have any effect on you...but I can hope that maybe by sharing it helps someone else. If you want to have a conversation about the coping mechanisms I employ to get through the worst of it, let me know and I would love to help. My condolences for your lost loved ones. I felt like a prisoner in my own head for a very, very long time controlled by my anxiety. I’m still working on it and at the same time I’m trying to get my body healthy again and fix all the imbalances. I’m taking everything day by day. Thankful for all the things I’ve learned during these dark and painful times, and I know and hope that things will get better someday. One of my favorite leg workouts was from Hunter Lambrada and it’s similar to that one. 1 set of 30 2 sets of 20 2 sets of 10 And the goal is for the last 20% of the reps of each set to be very difficult. So you do calves first, then hamstrings curls, quad extensions, and then a leg press. Killer pump and you can do the workout fairly fast
