Love your videos Will, I’m down 15lbs been taking my fitness seriously for the past month after I gained 50lbs after shoulder surgery. You’ve really brought back inspiration and making lifting fun again for me. So thank you so much for that!

I love reading the comments of Will's videos because a lot of them are inspiring stories of how he helped them. I personally also lost 100 pounds in a year and now sitting a healthy 180 6'3 but didn't start weightlifting until a week ago so I still have more to look forward too. Hope you are able to stay in this healthy lifestyle and big kudos!
