How far to you advance the tube? Should we just continuously auscultate to ensure adequate air entry bilaterally, or is there a specific landmark that can be used? Secondly, what would be best to secure the tubing?

These procedures need to be standardised. Every university has their own method and procedure. it is honestly very annoying.
