Will you have a large scar or hairloss after this?
Also, how low or close to the neck can the implant go? My head is extremely flat all the way from the base of my head and I am trying to achieve a round look from as low as possible. Thank you.

Cost
Would it be safe to do an occipital reduction? Burring on the back to reduce a little bit. Any risks beside infection? It is the back of my head sticking out a bit too much and my head is already around 60cm circumference, if I add more it would look huge.

@@CHARM.UNITED Barely meaning it is no idea to even try? I contacted some other doctors they said around 5 milimeters reduction can be made. Do you think that is true? I would much rather do it at your place if it is possible though

@@IvanEr-vv4cn it depends on how thick your skull is. we need to make sure your skull is still strong enough after reduction. and frankly speaking, it is hardly can tell a difference after 5 millimeters reduction in the skull but might cause the skull too fragile to protect your brain.

What is the longevity of the skull implants ? Do they need to be replaced after a certain amount of years? How does it hold/stay in place?

its permanent and dont need to replace. we fixed it on the skull with the titanium screw.

@@what_u_want8638 well, compared with the skull's thickness the screws are not that deep into it. they still stay in the safe area. we need to make sure we fixed the screw really solid. otherwise, the moving screw will cause infections. and there is nothing to worry about in the long term.
