Now when he said if your not loosing them to the rock's, your not fishing them right. What do you do if your fishing a rocky bottom and you keep loosing one after the other? Is their a trick to not loosing so many, it get's expensive?

I have a problem bending out hooks on a certain brand of fixed hook shads. (the fishes leverage on these hooks are greater than a BT) what brand would you recommend that has a stronger hook?

all these tips are really helpful, what i think a lot of viewers would benefit from would be a video on how to read the water. I have caught fish (not stripers though lol) off of piers, jetties and boats but never an open beach, im pretty new to surf casting and reading beaches is all new to me

It's a Tsunami Soft Bait, Black Back Shad, looks like the 7" but also comes in the 9", the nose is the give away.
