Sur-Seal, a small family-owned business on Cincinnati's west side, commissioned a BrandFlick to celebrate winning the Association for Manufacturing Excellence Award and the spirit of the company's employees. By the way, AME gave out one other such award this year -- to Starbucks. And in the association's direct comparisons, Sur-Seal actually outscored the coffee giant.
