Donald Trump keeps misrepresenting what the case was about. It's not about Presidential immunity, that is already enshrined in the U.S. Constitution. The U.S. Supreme Court is taking up in case today concerning Donald Trump of whether or not he was acting as POTUS or candidate when he attempted to overturn the last presidential election. He was a candidate at the time because the Trump campaign paid for it. In a ideal world, this would be pretty cut and dried.

SCOTUS: "Should the president be immune from committing any crime imaginable. Hmmm...we'll have to think about that. "

The DOJ in 1974 ALREADY decided this....
