If we don't count gravity this is pretty usual stage 4+ attacks in Touhou games(atleast on normal) so i think it would be much easier if we wouldn't have to fight the Newton's trolling law

Yeah that’s the biggest thing most people don’t realize about Terraria’s bullet hell gameplay. As someone who’s played both, they’re super different all because of acceleration/deceleration and gravity. You’re the first comment on my entire channel to point this out!

It's two spliced clips by the way (chapters/timestamps indicate the splice if I didn't make it obvious enough). Fight is extremely RNG with three double speed Scal's, and I couldn't dodge all the phases in one go. Pretty sure it takes some disgusting luck to dodge it all in run.

Omg some of those dodges were way too close lol.

Honestly it's been 6 months and I'm quite out of gaming shape compared to this video, so it'd take quite a minute to hit something at this level again, haha. I'll probably equip the Sparkling Adoration for a future video though! I also want my brain scratched by the graze sfx.

@@YARDlS It's fair, take another 6 months if you want, I have like 256 failed attempts at Unreasonable Butterfly Storm (Touhou 8 Wriggle Last Word spell). Years ago I beat Spirit of Purity Rematch after 289 failed attempts. Take a whole year if you need to. Edit: you say you'll only need a minute for that?! I did Touhou 6 1 CC on hard, the same challenge in Touhou 7 on lunatic, then I beat Flandre and Yukari. I did 1 CC of the rest of Touhou games up to the 14th in normal because I found them harder, especially the 11th and 12th. I managed to beat Suwako, but didn't spend enough attempts to defeat the rest of Superbosses like Nue. Another comment argued that this challenge is the equivalent of stage 4 normal, which I can easily survive, no-hitting however, I can only consistently no hit up to stage 3 normal. In my case I would need far more than a single minute or hour to no-hit your average stage 4 normal boss, especially after the 2nd windows gen that starts with Touhou 10 and includes some of the hardest recent games.

Got some finger injuries to fix up and some training to do to get to my old level again. Also, nice Touhou portfolio! Impressive stuff.

It is the same damage as Master Mode Scal. 2x speed Masomode Mutant is harder for sure, but as a guy who’s killed regular speed Masomode mutant many times I don’t think he’s as bad as this video after learning his patterns. This fight was very RNG reliant.

@@YARDlSBetween phase transitions you can pause your game and take a long break then come back and edit out the pause. There’s nothing wrong with pausing the game so go ahead.

@@warriorlord9407 Haha you're right, but I find no-hitting to be far too time consuming for my taste. Pausing would make it require even more time (and probably be invalid to the no-hit judges because their rule list is quite extensive and specific). Thanks for the recommendation though, you're a kind fella. I got other stuff to do these days, so no-hits will be very very very uncommon on my channel. I actually have a no-hit in the works, and it'll probably be the only one I'll ever do.

@@YARDlS When you aren’t doing challenges you can still pause and that way you can enjoy long boss fights. I can’t wait to see your no hit video. I’m also working on a no hit video but as you said it takes a lot of time. I just had to take another break because my own hands started hurting from over practicing.

Fargo's Hyper Mode, let's you customize boss + projectile speed from 2-10x! I set the speed to 2x and then spawned three Scals.

@@spyzzix I use cheat sheet mod to set up a lot of my stuff. It's pretty much the Terraria Creative Mode. You can spawn in any item, boss spawns included, you can try bosses that way! Thanks for the support.
