Chethan joined Castle in 2011 as an intern and progressing through ranks he has worked as project manager and supply chain manager prior to heading the quality in his current role. Chethan has a bachelor’s degree in computer science, master’s in supply chain and operations management and currently studying for his PhD in business management. I hope you have found a means to express your pursuit of Supply Chain Management. 1. If I were you I would start with an analyst role on a project and get exposure on the commercial side. 2. Lead the project's commercial function with a dotted line to Procurement. 3. Work with your procurement business partner offer to do much to help them with admin and they will teach you their skills and empower you. 4. Take some MOOC and short online courses marrying your practical experiences with theoretical background.
