I bought a cheap version instead of the superior solutions version (huge mistake) and I could not get the housing to close past the 2nd large O ring. Ended up flipping the pill instead until my order comes in and Ill try again. The next day driving my truck I saw the temps get up to 167 in the morning when cooler and 189 in the afternoon when it was a bit warmer. Def hoping for a cooler temp once I install the Superior Solutions version.

How's your transmission temp been since you installed the Superior Solutions thermostat bypass?

It’s been averaging around 175 degrees. It use to sit between 195 and 200 before the bypass. Thanks for checking out the video! Don’t forget to like and subscribe 🤙🏼

Going to install tomorrow..I noticed u took the seal off the transmission itself but never replaced it with new. Was that not needed?​@@hawaiianbrokechanic

@@midiowa2 I replaced it, I just didn’t capture it on the video. The only thing that that wasn’t replaced were the o-rings on the cooler lines cause they were in good condition.
