Hearing Darren Korb and Ashley Barrett harmonize makes me choke up and potentially cry every time. Lord knows how i ever finished Pyre, blinking through the tears. I love wizard basketball reading.

I failed Hedwyn in Pyre so he never went home, but he said "oh i didnt want to go anyway". That is crap, he just wanted to make me feel better for being a total loser and i never felt so guilty about a video gake character before.

@@GPantazis They made all the soundtracks available for free on youtube and other platforms, so I made sure to buy the entire package from the developer :D

It was borderline spiritual to be able to sit in the front row for this, an event I'll never forget. These songs were an essential part of my teenagehood, thankyou so much for such an enchanting evening.

We NEED theis version on the OST. The one in the game is just awesome. But this? This is the definition of ART!

Can we please acknowledge the beautiful notes Darren Korb is reaching in these songs, particularly at 20:08 going forwards? That octave is challenging for a female voice alone, but Darren manages to gracefully and magically sway his way acrosss all of these incredibly memorable tracks. Damn, what a talent! Credits to both of these amazing vocalists, absolutely wonderful harmonies. Wonderful orchestra and conductor to top it off. Feeling beyond grateful to have followed the Supergiant soundtracks!

Darren Korb is my greatest inspiration as an aspiring composer. One day I hope to write a song that will have the same impact on someone's life as his songs (especially the ones from transistor) had on mine.

He's not my favorite style, but i like what he does, especially for the songs. My greatest inspiration for composing is Tsukasa Saitoh, Yuka Kitamura, Nobuo Uematsu and Masoyoshi Soken. But it truly depends on the style i want to take for the context. I'll maybe take inspiration from him for my latest game.

Ashley's voice is haunting. She's in amazing condition this concert. You can tell Darren really built the songs around her incredible range and clarity. EDIT: Gonna be honest, the only thing this concert was missing is a song where Ashley just hums to the orchestra.

It is these kinds of video games that changes us, these games got us emotionally invested so much that they became parts of us, so every time you listen to that chord or see that art when the "Kid" is walking somewhere, you remember how you felt then, and they are all intense feelings with ups and downs, and how you wish that the "Calamity" never happened in the first place or "Zulf" just wanted peace, or when "Red" stabbed herself next to her "Man" to live with him in some unknown virtual tech world. On and on I can go forever, I just love the team that created these fine arts, from every code written to the guy who makes coffee for the CEO, thank you for your hearty work.

Kasey Foote... I understand. I have the Bastion soundtrack on vinyl. It used to be my go-to album on my iPod as I rode my bike through the city, and the tracks from Pyre are always on my playlists. Transistor was a great game, but those songs didn’t impact me as much, for whatever reason. CANNOT WAIT FOR HADES TO COME TO SWITCH!!!!!

Thank you so much for recording this, there was no way for me to go to the US, but these songs mean so much to me. When The Spine started it brought me to tears instantly. Thank you Ashley, Austin and Darren and all the other musicians.

I feel like Darren and Ashley don't realize how fucking amazing their work is. Darren is easily my favorite composer right now and Ashley's voice is so haunting and beautiful.

This is amazing

While listening to "Build That Wall", I realized that Ashley's voice has matured. In an awesome way, as expected of her after all she's done, but it gives it another feeling to that specific song, attached to a kinda young character in my memory...

0:18 these 3 legends at one place - their arrival has been foretold by the ancient murals.

This was incredible, seriously, it's not common. Love all your games, and although Transistor's songs are the most popular, and for a good reason, I know the BEST song you have bern able to make and sing, is the duet of Bastion. Can't wait for more songs in Hades. Also, Pyre is so underrated, best ending ever. Love you guys.

man, you completly hit the nail. transtor has the overall best soundtrack with how much it has vocal tracks but the ending song of bastion, still to this day, blows everything out with ease. and yeah, pyre is quite the forgotten dog, which is a shame. i can only hope that they complete hades soon

Im crying here, the music of bastion and transistor help me ver throught depression, thank you for those beautiful songs

I love how after they perform such powerful and moving songs, Ashley and Darren just turn into adorable goofballs.

Ashley’s beautiful voice singing Paper Boat’s at the end of Transistor made the ending even more impactful.

21:50 I actually shed a single tear. You guys...your music is not of this lowly Earth. I have heard what Heaven sounds like.

Absolutely primo art, I love this company. I can't wait to see what they brew up after Hades. I will always buy their games ASAP, and I have faith that they'll never get greedy and lose my trust like some other game companies I could mention. Keep being you, Supergiant.

I've watched this concert at least 5 times, and only now I've seen Darren helplessly motioning downwards at the start of Paper Boats, like Winters said to motion in the intro if he's going too fast, and then Ashley rushing through the first line. Absolutely amazing concert and yet another detail that signifies that Darren Korb is some kind of genius.

I can listen to the show until the rest of my life. I love you, guys. PLS, COME TO BRAZIL!!!

See, I never thought of Bastion or Transistor as THE defining games of my teenage years (I absolutely adored them nonetheless), but as soon as Zia's Theme started playing... I stand teary-eyed and corrected.

Man I want those Sybil illustrations as posters. Congratulations Supergiant games for a wonderful performance!
