KS3 and KV3 are two wheel drive versions. KS4 and KV4 are four wheel drive versions. Most of the other information that the owner recounts is spot on. * * * * * I own a 93 KS4 SuperCharged, A/C, 4WD, locking differential, intermittent wipers. It is a blast to drive around town. One of the things that this video doesn’t mention is the visibility. The cockpit is almost all windows, which makes driving an immersive experience … it’s almost like being in an amusement ride. Lots of Smiles Per Gallon! * * * * * And it’s pronounced “kay” (long A-sound, as in “hay”) truck. Short for keijidōsha (軽自動車, "light vehicle") registration category in Japan. There are kei cars, as well.
