Supercell/Derecho (Scary Clouds) Of June 13, 2013 (Stockbridge, GA)
Ғылым және технология
This was never suppose to come to Georgia, but it did. I'm glad that my area wasn't badly affected. This storm was first issued at 5:15pm while we were still under a tornado/severe t-storm watch.

I lived through one of these, but worse, on July 4, 1969, in Cleveland, Ohio. It pack sustained winds of up to 100 mph and did close to $70 million in damages. 18 were killed, many of them out on the lake in boats, two of them at a park in the west suburb of Lakewood, were crushed to death by falling trees. I remember walking down to the lakeshore with my mom and sisters (I was nine at the time), and I saw nothing but devastation the whole way down - but I also remembered the weather conditions just before the Ohio Fireworks Derecho hit (in the 80s) and the day after (upper 50s and lower 60s). That storm alone is responsible for my fascination with severe weather. Call it morbid curiosity, or call it missing my calling and going into meteorology (I work in polymer extrusion, instead).

i know I am kind of randomly asking but does anyone know of a good website to stream new tv shows online ?
Not sure if you heard anything over in the states but here in Northwest England we have recently suffered 4 consecutive storms. The worst had wind speeds recorded at 122mph!
Watching this during my own storm with thunder and lightning, ad a lot of rain. this storm pummeled half the U.S. continent before it made it here in Florida. These storms can be incredibly dangerous, stay safe and be careful.
10:10 "be quiet"...lol
Those were some evil looking clouds! Awesome!
11:48 That sunset is awesome!
I remember this freakin thing in north atl still live in same spot I just moved here few days before it came. Reminded me of Midwest storms alot and it was worse the most I seen it crazy it hadn't storm here in a while
2:36 Awesome - the whole storm was awesome!!
That was a real bad storm, but it did not appear to be a derecho. At least not where you were.
I hate to be negative, but if I heard "the 85mph winds are about to start" one more time I was going to pull my hair out. And I'm bald. Those winds were 35mph at best. Over-hyped. 16 minutes I won't get back.

The storm was awesome and the lightning tward the end was scary. The way it was flashing through the clouds you could tell it was highly charged and much more dangerous than average. But all of that talking..goddamn! It was annoying as hell and it was hard for my mind to try to filter it out and just enjoy the storm. Even that lady who said "be quiet" was fed up.
I wouldnt wait for it outside or near a window. They said there was a great chance of tornados
Wot dis 😳. This happened when I was in 6th grade 😳 💀.
Execellent footage of Mother Nature’s Fury⛈🌪😊
looks like the eye of the storm at 03:12
Beautiful at 1:42 - same date this year Albemarle, NC had a derecho come through!!
Are there 2 suns n the sky or what?
What's with the bright lights?
Power flashes between about 5:00:00 and 7:30:00 ... nasty storm, sad that you had to change cameras and interupt the flow of the video.
Terrifying 💯👍😮😮😮😮😮
Not watching u again see ya
Tornadoes are cool and scary you might want to get inside their bud because if it's gets bad you are screwed if you don't get inside just for your safety okay please just get inside and film from inside please I don't want you to die okay I'm praying for you 🙏

Most storm chasers are more self controlled than this, even when they are facing down an F4 tornado a quarter mile away. The talking you hear from them is relaying storm updates and instructions amongsts themselves so they don't get killed. I've seen storms like this and much worse while growing up in eastern Pennsylvania, and yet I didn't react as if the world was coming to an end.
Stop talking
