I'm overdue to visit this location, thank you for the Super Track Footage. I know that frustration very well, you had several missed passing moments from trying to take the courteous way around, but truly you were trying to be as safe as possible. Man I thought you had him when you tucked on his RR corner.. Dude was decent, but not good enough, I've never had luck with blue flags at Andretti, a lot of tracks don't which is a shame, it creates a more dangerous race. I agree you should have wasted one lap for 2 or 3 good ones, but man the adrenaline rush to pass is undeniable. Hoping you've been back to get some better times

7 minutes of frustration!

The reason why you couldn't pass him was because you were drifting. The way this guy was driving the only way to pass him was to come off the turn at a faster speed. Drifting allows you to enter turns at higher speeds but drifting causes you to come off of turns at a slower speed. Having said that, I have no doubt that you could easily have had the fastest lap without anyone in front of you.

Nothing lol dude just doesnt know how to pass...

Not sure what's more frustrating, the fact that he wouldn't let you pass and kept going so slow, or that literally nobody flagged him to get over.

Hey if you can’t pass the guy in front of you that’s not his fault. Karting is a way for enthusiasts to practice or at least live out their racing dreams. Who said you could have passed him if you wanted too? I saw a couple of missed opportunities to pass and you didn’t take it. If you want family fun then don’t take it serious. If you are doing your best as far as racing physics go then don’t get pissed when you can’t pass someone…you need to be better. I see it as a learning experience.

Times are listed in the description. It was hard to get a good time with the traffic and the slower karts.

fun looking track but no room to overtake they should reverse this. that guy in front was an ass haha

a good lap time??, what's the signifigance??......self stroking your ego?? Probably.......was a kid once myself..... as far as the dude in front of you......gonna happen.

Dude there were plenty of times you could have passed him. You might think you're the pro but the reality is the guy did a defensive driving. Now if you're after a fast lap only with no other racers involved, well that's not racing.

It's time attack.... Dude! No one listens to the instructor. Blocking or defensive driving does not win the race the fastest lap does. Andretti's only does time attacks for none league races. Also the cart in front fucking sucked. kept sliding out, locking his brakes up, never looking behind him, cutting inside line etc Learn some damn race etiquette / craft !!!!
