Pro Tip: just lay the board on the ground in front of the ramp. The extra 1 1/2" should be enough to clear the bumper

I will try this, thank you so much, I can't believe I didn't consider such an easy solution. I turn my wheels side ways and use one ramp and lift only one wheel.

The wood looks thick enough to where the bolt won’t exit the board. But yes something tells me if he doesn’t add support on the bottom, if used too much it will crack

Why would you be parked on the sloped part of the ramp where the wood is? How would the timber split when the car is not resting on it?

@cvanwinkle9968 Bro unless you are using balsa wood no it fucking won't. I've seen it with my own eyes. Wooden planks can work perfectly fine getting cars into trailers, getting them up a 6" ramp is jack shit.

i just put board out in front of ramp flat on ground and it gets car angle high enough to go up ramp didn't need to attach it to ramp.
