Super Rare Art Print 1st Ed. Comparison w Other Ed: Crystal Tarot / Tarocchi Di Vetro (E. Trevisan)

Turns out no one ever seen the art edition, because it is SUPER RARE! (Thanks to the person who talked to Giordano Berti about this edition, and then told me. Berti is an Italian art historian and wrote the preface for this edition).
In this video, my extra dry hands showing you the differences and similarities between three editions of the Crystal Tarot, or the Tarot of Glass, or The Crystal Tarot as it is known in the English speaking world.
The original edition was a commemorative art print edition celebrating Lo Scarabeo's anniversary in the 1980s.
This remains my favourite and the only edition I have kept for myself.
I regret deeply not rescuing all 10 copies by buying them all when I found them.
I am sure there are others who love them as much as I do. But why have I never seen this anywhere else? If you own a copy, please let the rest of us know!

(UPDATE: This copy has been sold to a tarot lover across the globe, at a price less than cost).

Illustrations and artwork by Elisabetta Trevisan.
Published by Lo Scarabeo in Italy between the late 1980s (when Lo Scarabeo was born), and today.
The two Italian editions are:
(1) an art special edition majors only, and
(2) a standard majors only edition.
The trimmed "full" 78 cards multiple language edition is one that most English speaking tarotists would be familiar with.
From what I understand, the minors were drawn by another artist, in the aesthetic of Trevisan's original art. These minors follow the Eudes Picard system of minors. Something I was curious about but something I never explored as soon as I realise esoteric tarot isn’t for me.
Thank you to the new custodian of these cards for letting me delay our shipping to her so that I can film this for you.
NOTE
The mass produced standard edition with the multiple languages, seems to have images of The Angel and The World as mirror images of the originals.
As you can see there that "E. Trevisan" signature on each of those cards are the wrong way around.

I think that is what most people have, at least those in the English speaking world. That is the standard Lo Scarebeo edition I believe.

@@tamipie Ah. Good to know!! I never bought one myself (The one you see here was from a trade already trimmed so I have no idea how old it is) so know very little of it. Thanks for that info!

hector roberto contreras miranda That’s Amazon for you. It might have to do with your currency set up and exchange rate? Or some other commercial variable I am sure. Since the pandemic their shipping fee has gone up too....

Thank you! The borderless deck as in the one trimmed? The majors only art edition has them the right way around with her signature being the correct facing ones there. My own guess at the moment is that someone made a mistake when they set up the standard edition.
