MIO IM is a freelance illustrator and tattoo artist from SOUTH KOREA, one of the many visual artists publishing under VON ZOS (New York, USA).
THOUGHTS
There is no guide for these images. Visual art including tarot are arguably interpretive arts. The creator has purposeful left the images free of predetermined interpretations. The creator's take on the cards become more intertwined with our active interpretations of each.
That's good and bad.
Just look at the images, and see what you see. No more. No less.
I ignore the “tarot”. It is there anyway, at the base. “Meaning” is irrelevant, and the ultimate tarot is not to tarot. So it all adds up, in some strange way.
This reminds me a bit of the Jonasa Jaus Tarot, and many of Osvaldo Menegazzi's majors only tarot.
Neither knew how to "read" tarot when they created their images and take on the cards.
I argued in the past that this is the strength of their respective creations. As artists, they were able to tap into intuitive others and form a unity of insights. Free from the burden of any convention, including that of tarot.
Let go of whatever preconceived notions you might have of "tarot". Just let the images speak to you.
Once you do that, you will reach the boundaries of the conventional which in an “alternative” world should be irrelevant anyway.
Oracle? Tarot is a form of "oracle". The sort of dichotomy (?) often suggested or implied when comparing tarot and oracle is a false and misleading one.
In any case, remember folks, the ULTIMATE tarot is: NOT TO tarot.

The artist and creator of the images you see here is Korean. In honour of the global Korean Wave that has hit the world after the pandemic, I am using the latest, and then the oldest debut track from the hip hop based super band BTS, as background music. Big Hit Music and HYBE Corp retains all royalties and monetisation.

If you do not like the songs I am playing: MUTE. Like I am muting you when you choose to leave verbally abusive comments instead. It's been a rough year. "We Don't Need Permission To Dance" is a song I am enjoying right now. It allows me to put down my burdens for a few minutes. Obviously, I do not need your permission to enjoy myself on my channel, in MY personal time, making FREE videos for you. Say "Thank You", and get out of my way. The world does not benefit from knowing you exist. Having said that, allow me to contribute communally one last time by doing the following PSA - Troll alert: MOONCHILD SEVEN ONE. (Apparently, a member of "the tarot community"). I would not waste my time with a post like this if this is an actual "troll". Sadly, on Tarot Tube, these so called “trolls” are often active participants in "the tarot community" whom professionals would argue are in need some serious specialised help. From my extensive experience of being stalked by my own personal tarot community troll for about four years, these people usually are known to have trolled others too. A few words from me to you: Hello “troll” (I am sure some are calling you “friend”). Judging from you comments on other tarot channels and videos, it appears that you are claiming the moral high ground in various conversations about tarot: The supposed "over-commercialisation" of tarot, the perceived need to reclaim fortune-telling in tarot practice, and reclaiming “The Witch” (whatever that means). Such sense of self righteousness allowed you, it seems to me, to feel it appropriate to actively post hate comments in various tarot videos, including this one of mine. You have trolled at least one other tarot vlogger, a very vocal ally to the Black community, by calling him a wanna be Black person. (Not exact words). If a racist such as YOU, are the supposed face of "true, pure, uncorrupted, spiritual" tarot, then tarot as a "spiritual" tool has a long LONG WAY to go. You, and people like you, are a disservice to the tarot community, and tarot, however anyone chooses to define those words.
Finally a tarot deck I can vibe with 💀🔥

I did not even notice the suits! I just saw the images and sort of ran with those. But now that you mentioned it, yes. Indeed. The suits are: Cups (Skulls), Hearts (Hearts), Swords (Various Blades), and Wands (Antlers). So the names of the suits are as per traditional suits, EXCEPT the HEARTS (Coins / Disks). And the depictions of the suits are literal for two of them (Hearts and Swords), and not for the other two (Wands are Antlers, and Cups are Skulls). In Western cartomancy Hearts are usually Cups. Diamonds are Coins. Clubs are Swords. Clovers are Staves. But the artist is Korean. So I am wondering if their unique perspective might be rooted there. Interesting to ponder!

This song makes me happy in the 2020 whiplash that is 2021! I love the illustrator's take on each card. The way I am really enjoying these images as tarot is ironically by totally ignoring the "tarot" 😬Thanks for dropping by B!

Because racism is rife in the tarot world..... Anyway. If you read like Enrique Enriquez, these images can provide very rich sources of "reading". Nice to see you always Vito 💜 PS: As for pop and kpop: We are living in a post-2020 world after all, right? Do I want to listen to death metal after the pandemic? 😂 Not that there is anything wrong with death metal 🫰 The second tune isn’t quite pop but whatever it is I love it 😁🔥
