Mam, i am pure vegetarian and have to feed egg to 7yr son in healthyway. I used estimates (i did not make it exact measurement) from your receipe, replaced maida with wheat flour and still cake came as wooow! My son loved it, no egg smell and his comment is "i want to eat this ever after". Thankyou so much for your detailed efforts in making it very simple. Keep up the good work and its first recipe i saw. Will surely try other ones shortly. God bless you!

Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes at 180c then bake your cake at the same temperature for 30 minutes ,after that check if it's done, if not then bake for 5minutes more😊
