Dark Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients:
200g Dark chocolate
200g Fresh cream
20g Sugar
20g Dark cocoa
20g Butter
Instructions:
In a heatproof medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients: dark chocolate, fresh cream, sugar, dark cocoa, and butter.
Set up a double boiler by placing the bowl over a pot of simmering water, ensuring the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water.
Stir the ingredients continuously until everything is melted and well combined.
Once melted, remove the bowl from heat and let the mixture cool down.
Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 30 minutes, or until it's set.

Ingredients:
100g Sugar
60ml Milk
50g Curd
1 Egg
100g Flour
25g Dark Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
30ml Oil
1tbsp vanilla
Pinch of Salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease and line an 6-inch round cake tin with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, sift together the flour, dark cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, milk, vanilla , curd, egg, and oil until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the tin for about 15 minutes.
After cooling, carefully remove the cake from the tin and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, slice the cake into three equal layers horizontally.
Your delicious Dark Chocolate Cake is ready to decorated as desired!
