Excellent cake! Came out great for a birthday. Only thing I tweaked a bit was added a bit of instant chocolate pudding mix, and bloomed the coco powder with the hot coffee before adding

I made this cake but decided to go with a homemade buttercream icing and I doubled the ingredients to make a multiple layered cake..I also threw in two extra egg whites into each batch...it was EVERYTHING...pure deliciousness

This is by far the BEST chocolate cake I have EVER made .The chocolate cake turned out PERFECT!!!! I just reduced the sugar to 1-1/2 cup . I baked the cake for 350F for 45 minutes… for baking pan I used 9 inchx13inch and line pans with parchment paper to keep them from sticking. Thanks again .

Yea I added 113 g cocoa powder which seemed so wrong. It's baking. I'm scared. Please add in grams next time. It really was hard.

Made this twice. The 2nd time i add in just 1 cup of sugar instead of 2. Coz the first time i add 2 cup sugar it wassss way way way too sweet. I hd bad sore throat. I can only taste sweetnees coz the ganache already sweet. So the 2nd time i add just 1 cup of sugar. Taste just nice and my family love it. We all dont hv sweet tooth so 2 cups is plenty fr us 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Anyway the cake is awesome.

Does the wet and dry ingredients have to done separately and mixed?

@@wilmareddy633 it’s best to do them separately because it makes it all more evenly distributed plus can affect the temperature of the ingredients.

Sure ingredients; 2cups all purpose flour 2cups sugar 3/4 cup cocoa powder 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1cup Milk 1/2 cup oil 2 large eggs 1tsp vanilla 1 stick nescafe ( 2g coffee) 1cup hot water (very hot)
