Good report. As a retired anti-corruption specialist and certified fraud examiner, Tiffany needs to be fully investigated. As for business licenses, here in Lake County, FL, the Board discontinued charging for or requiring business licenses. It is basically a nickle and dime revenue play and they and some local cities discontinued charging or requiring local business licenses, when the business always has a state administered LLC or Inc.

The thing about Dolton after Tiffany is gone is they're going to have to create something called a Tiffany henyard protocol where specifically legislation and ordinance prevent something like that from happening ever again It proves that the mayor has too much control and influence. There should be an independent permitting process, there should be no way that the police should be able to act the way they act The board should be able to seize control of the police if they are found to be acting outside their scope or create an independent civilian overview board. The police are not intended to be the mob-style enforcement muscle for an illegal pay to play scheme. Her flagrance is on full display such as to hire a DJ to play a song "Bitch Better Have My Money" at a city council meeting. While I don't know what the sentencing guidelines would say, I would think that she deserves a minimum of 10 years.
