3rd Gen Idols are constantly getting shipped even if they share the stage for a group picture. Imagine them holding hands, dancing and interacting with each other like that, it will cause huge controversy nowadays.

ikr!!! Suju and Snsd literally hugging here and there but they never care about dispatch or whatsoever. They are one big family. They even answered the rumours so calm cause they literally grew up together, they are like siblings :) but not only them, literally 2nd gen idols are the best. eg; bigbang and 2ne1, beast and 4minutes, 2pm and snsd. We can even make a compilation video of them interact with each other, and they will reply "we are close with each other, there is no feelings between us". Good old times :')

Remember when SNSD was being hated for being close to SUJU and DBSK (ever since when soshi were rookies and suju and DBSK were both at their peak.) But now no one dare to put hate on them.

This SMTOWN era is the definition of family/friends. No awkwardness with other groups in the same company and they talk /smile at each other when they met onstage. They're scattered, regroup with others. Unlike now, with rv down to nct, sometimes exo they stick to their group every encore stage. And all this is due to possesive fans. Still good that sm only limit their interactions with one another on some events but not totally restrict them hanging out/talk during awards shows and such.

No matter how many boy group x girl group friendship you may hear or see now, none of the groups will be as iconic as Super Generation. You just can't find such interactions in kpop.

At 5:33 I think Yesung didn't want to stand next to Seohyun because she is almost as tall as him wearing heels XD He has a height complex and you can see in the video he looked at Seohyun's shoes and she laughed. That must have been why he grabbed Taeyeon's hand instead.

You know what? I don't think we'll get interaction like super generation (sujuxsnsd) and 2nebang (2ne1xbigbang) from these new gens ever again. Their relationship is so pure and they look like real siblings. New fans are missing out a hell lotta fun things in kpop honestly :(

The thing about 2nd gen (mostly boy grps) is that they were not scared to put their fans in their right place before. Esp when it results to hating girl grps. DBSK and SJ handled it this way during SNSD’s rookie days. That’s why fans were less toxic at that time. Younger grps should learn to do this too. Now a days even labelmates cant show much hype anymore to support each other.

Not really. It has company rules. In SM there isn't rules that BG and GG can't interact which is in some company has that rule. So they can do much hype to each other in public. There are many toxic fans at that time. They even did physical bullying, while now they mostly did cyberbullying. But you are right that some of 2nd Gen don't even care about it since forever. While SNSD debuted they got black ocean which is because of 3 biggest fandom at the time (Cassiopeia/DBSK's fandom, ELF/SJ's fandom, and SS501's fandom). Then DBSK and SJ straight to speak up that SNSD is their family, the youngest one in SM, and they definitely treat them as family. Some fans still spread hate, but by time we used to know that they're really family.

Suju dancing when the girls are performing is like dads at their daughters school plays or something and im loving it

Too many moments over the years. A really precious friendship between brothers and sisters who grew up together in extraordinary circumstances. I think SNSD and SJ know each other's hearts the best ❤

This is my top reason to love Heechul- he takes care of all of his juniors genuinely. He supports them and gives them the spotlight when he's not teasing them

To be honest some of fans also hate to see them this close at early days but sujushidae even dbsk dont give any f about that so the fans are slowly feeling okay and even jokes about them too lol

I really want to say that. BG and GG nowdays was afraid to tell how close they are. They was afraid to lose some fans cuz of that which is understandable. Meanwhile dbsk,sj,snsd,shinee,f(x) never do that. They're just being them. SM also held camp to make their artists close back then and that amaze me how company didn't limit their artists friendship as well.

For those who said newer gens have more obsessive fans, you are not entirely right. SNSD literally got black ocean just because they are in the same company as SUJU and DBSK. Obsessive ELFS and Cassiopeia back then were no joke too. But what makes them amazing they endured through tough times and showed fans their close bonds. As time goes by, fans got matured as well and gradually accept them as they are.

As the one human from that era. They still got hate because of their friendship. SNSD got hate from some ELF, SJ got hate from some SONE. Black ocean which was happened when SNSD debut is because 3 biggest fandom at the time (one of them is ELF). But that guys (SJ & SNSD) don't even care. They always told us that they're family. By time (ELF and SONE were getting mature) we used to know that they're really close as siblings.
