1992-1998 at a VFR tower in the SF Bay Area, there was a real pilot of her own C182 who reminded me of this. Thank you for the video. Funny.

So... I get that this is a hilariously entertaining and actually quite well made fake. Thing is ... I actually DID something not completely unlike that on a military frequency during an international excercise when I was in the Navy. She was a Norwegian sailor and she wasn#t trying to sound cute. It was all natural and I simply couldn't resist. I got into a shitload of trouble. And I got a date. After they were finished with tearing me a new one, she sought me out when we returned to harbor. She found it stupid, but cute. I don't regret it. Not for a second. What I'm trying to say is that stuff like this actually happens sometimes. It's unusual at best, but don't just dismiss it.

That ACTUALLY happened in the 1950s. A man was telling the story of how one day a young female U.S. Navy air traffic controller was directing in an aircraft when suddenly something like this came over the radio: "Say Navy, you sound pretty cute. Wanna go on a date after I land?" There was a brief silence before a sassy reply for the ages: "Who said I was gonna let you land?" Less than a year later, the two married. The man ended the story by revealing that this was how his dad met his mom. UPROARIOUSLY funny.

And also, the phraseology with the exception of 700LS is entirely on point. All those clearances sound like something I might hear on a frequency like that, of course with the exception of 700LS.

LOL that was amazing. Whether this is an impressive fake story or real, she does sound hot but of course, if real, it would be nice to know if the joke was being played out or things really happened. Still, if real it is a little embarrassing and to be honest any male with a little confidence would have done the same as the air traffic controller who handled the invite and the downturn of events impressively smoothly. The man has game - also for having shared the moment. Thanks for that real or fake totally awesome share

The other planes must have been crashing around when they were listening to that "hot" voice.

And just for the record...camarillo airport (i bealive) is a proud owner of an extraordinally ww2 machine. A ZERO ive seen it fly by many times since im a field worker ...juat a few days ago a small plane crashes in one of the straeberry fields we work at well right next to the strawbery saddly the pilot died on impact i heard hes from arizone my son lives in arizona my most sincere condolences to the family of the pilot!...
