Does it have replayability once you finish a run? Since your ultimate goal is to get your eye back.

I think that'll come down to achievements or testing out all the weapons/trinkets/etc and if you're playing multiplayer. For me, the replayability in the game is about the feeling it gives me while playing it. Like with Risk of Rain 2, I completed the "end" multiple times, but I still kept coming back to get that feeling of speeding through the game in a zen-like manner.
