Shows underneath he's serious, doesn't want people to injure theirselves, and takes cooking seriously, it's just with his channel he's trying to lighten it, and make it fun for people who can't, or should I say... don't want to cook cause they think it's tedious, or don't think they can... I'd bet anything this dude is dead serious behind camera, loves his cooking, highly respects the craft. It's not my cup of tea, the immaturity, but I highly respect what he's done, and the idea of how many people he motivated, who would have never turned on a stove, grabbed a pan, ingredients, etc and made something they could be proud of, and enjoy makes me happy about the world, and I fully support a channel that's not for me.

As far as the new year resolutions, I’ll have you know I reshingled my house twice last month and I’ve made all my underwear by sewing together the old fallen leaves that I forgot to rake up last fall. My house is dry and my underwear are wet, but I’m committed.

My man, from all hundreds of KZread cooking channels you are, BY FAR, my favorite one, I just get good vibes from you, congratulations!

For the 4:49 crowd remember if you pause then comma and dot (or if you're kinda shifty) allow you to move frame by frame. And to those regular fryers out there doing a lot of this sort of thing don't put the spices in the flour as it kinda degrades the oil faster. You can create a spice mix and dust the chicken after in a bowl like those pop-up food trucks do when they pull sick wheelies.

For a great hot chicken you can add a spice mix with brown sugar, garlic powder, black pepper and a shit-ton of cayenne to a separate pot then ladle some of the hot oil to that pot. Dip the fried chicken in and enjoy. If you're really brave, also melt some lard in the spice pot. Totally worth the clogged arteries.

I've been watching his content since he had 30k subs. Watch his old stuff, his personality is consistent and he doesn't bend to the will of the algorithm. Only Chubbyemu rivals this channel for top quality content - but that's just my preferences

I swear this is one of the only channels on all of KZread that makes me laugh out loud with every single upload. Great food, great jokes, great wangjangling. 10/10.
