    Lovely video. I never have or will use non-dairy, exactly for the same reason you mentioned. Its Artificially manufactured. I've seen a lot of (famous) bakers rant about how "healthy" is non-dairy whipping cream. I completely disagree!! Its such a shame people say that just to sell their product. Thank you for speaking out the truth. 👍🏻✨️

    In England nondairy cream not available. I tried nondairy cream while I was in Kerala. It’s very very sweet and I don’t like it. Thank you very much for the information.

    Very informative video chef! Could you make a video on dairy cream whipping? I mean how to achieve stiff peaks with sugarless dairy whipping cream which normally available here in UK. Tried a couple of times and failed, pls tell me when to add sugar and some people add corn starch too.. chef, I tried all those but never got stiff peaks. Pls help

    Im in UK ivide non diary cream kittane illa. I was wondering why it is so??. Ippola manassilaye. Thank you chef. But if we have to make a pure white theme cake how can we make it out of diary cream. My whipped cream is always creamy in color. Plz help

    Chef 100%agree with your opinion....Diary cream cakes tastes way better than non-diary cream cakes.I guess nattil home bakers cake ll flowers and other piping decor cheyth veruthe cream vari thechitt palappozhum kandittundd...I don’t know what their intention is😌.After this video they will think twice.👍

    ഷെഫ് ഫ്രഷ് ക്രീം &whipping ക്രീം ശരിക്കും എന്താണ് എന്നു ഇപ്പഴാണ് മനസിലാവുന്നത് . ഒരു കാര്യം കൂടി പറഞ്ഞു തരണം ഫ്രഷ് ക്രീം എങ്ങനെ സ്റ്റിഫ് ആവും കൂടെ അതിനു മധുരംകിട്ടാൻ icing sugar add ചെയ്യണോ. ഇത്തരം അറിവുകൾ സത്യസന്ധമായി പറഞ്ഞു തരുന്നതിനു നന്ദി..

    But the dairy cream is not stable. Thats why bakers use this non dairy for decoration. Dairy cream melts in our climate. Non dairy cream stands as it is.
