Sunday ride to Rock Hill Criterium 1.1 mile track. Melton Truck Lines
parked at the Flying J just south of Rock Hill South Carolina. road about 16 miles to the Rock Hill bike park, and did 5 laps around the 1.1 mile Criterium track they have there. then road over to Mike's Taco restaurant and had some well-deserved tacos. before riding back to my truck. I road about a total of 36 miles today. #heartsurgerysurvivor #melton #criterium

I just enjoy having my bike on the truck. I like finding cool things like that. Have to keep in shape. To keep up with you youngings. 🫡💪
O wow I m fixing to have open heart you have made me try to put this on my bucket list going to have to try to find out where that is my surgery is going to be in rock hill so glad you having fun I hope I can do it too THANK YOU!

@@myadventures126 SOUNDS LIKE FUN can’t ever get anyone to go play can’t get them off tablets I was just riding bike to mailbox I am getting a little anxious I hate asking people for help but my sisters are going to take care of my kitties for me they say the stay will be a week but you got me aiming for 3 days :+) I had just bought me a new pole saw I want to use….THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH THAT bike place is not far from me at all…..
