Sun Salutation's

This 10 min flow is comprised of 5 Sun Salutation A's and 5 Sun Salutation B's as practiced in Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. There is an emphasis on hip flexion and extension as you connect fully body movement with breath. This flow warms up the body and awaken your inner fire in preparation for the rest of your practice.
Often this flow IS my practice. Don't let the phrase 'warm up' fool you, this will get your blood flowing and body temperature up. A great way to boost your energy whenever you feel a lull.
