10 min Core Flow

This will be appropriate for all levels with practice, and truthfully, this is an intermediate flow. This 10 min flow provides you a core challenge by gaining access to your hip mobility. Connect your Ujjayi breath to your movements. Focus on creating Big range of motion through your hips especially during the beginning portion of this practice to gain greater access to your core.
Take it slow, allow yourself to learn the flow over time. Take breaks when you need them and do your best in each pose. With practice you will get stronger and more mobile.
