Great video. I'm a long-time fan, and wanted to say thank you for sharing about the Matanza. It is a lot of work, but sooo worth it when the work is done. The food they make is amazing, and I can still smell the linguisa being smoked slowly for several days (makes me hungry just thinking about it, ha😂) I'm super excited that you were able to help with one of our Azorean traditions through the whole process . Great job 👍😊
