סיכום 1 להכריח לא עובד תפנה לתשוקה של הבנאדם לסיבה שהוא אולי ירצה לעשות את זה 2 המילה כן היא חזקה תשאל אנשים שאלות שגורמות להם להגיד כן ! ולפי מחקרים משהו שאמר הרבה כן בשיחה מגדיל את הסיכוי להסכמה בנוסף להתחמק ממילים שליליות הם יוצרות אווירה לא משהו מאוד חשוב בשבילי ! 3 כל מה שבא לפני "אבל" נמחק אז אתה יכול להשתמש בזה הפוך להגיד קודם את מה שאתה רוצה שהם ישכחו ואז להגיד אבל וואז להגיד את מה שאתה רוצה שהם יזכרו וזה יכול גם לשכנע בזה שתחזור על המילים של האחר ולהוסיף אבל במקום הנכון 4 בגלל זו מילה מצוינת היא עוזרת לך לגשת לסיבות ואנשים אוהבים סיבות וזה גם יכול להיות הפוך לגרום להם להגיד את הסיבות שלהם 5 שימוש בשמות זה סופר חזק אנשים מתים על זה זה מילת קסם של ממש 6 ומה אם זו שאלה חזקה כדי להפנות את המחשבות למקום אחר 7 תודה זו מילה מדהימה אבל חשוב להראות שהיא אמיתית
