Маскарпоне нельзя заменить на филадельфию. Можно заменить творожным сыром. Пахту можно заменить ряженкой. Внимательно смотрите видео. Там всё это проговаривается.😊

Да, маскарпоне из-за его высокой жирности можно заменить на сливочный сыр для снижения калорийности. Вместо пахты - ряженка
