    Balqis Jaan tieing up is when you grab your opponent by the head or the triceps, dont do that

    For other people, don't engage head-on. The Russian tie is money and so are trips and inside leg sweeps, especially if they are heavier. Don't try for fancy arm throws or hip tosses unless you can get them leaning into you, because you'll get body locked and thrown

    ok so I'm 4'11 wrestling 160 in my freshmen year. single leg shots, hard snaps at the neck, and alot of on the ground stuff. always start top when u go to referees position. bottom they will stomp you

    I'm no expert. But single leg and keep changing direction. Taller people defend double leg better in my experience, but are weaker to leg traps. I only know takedowns from mma experience, but I am studying wrestling because it is my child's first year
