Thank you for sharing the fix. Saved me some $$$.

I have a different washer but I noticed that part you unscrewed and pulled out is the same idea as mine. What I did was tilt the washer up and prop it up, then I slid a big tupperware tray under it before unscrewing it. Anyway when I pulled it out I found a loaf of hair and crap in it. Thanks for the video though it helps. I was going to unscrew the thing just to look but I thought "maybe I should google this first..."

I opened ours up and found a sock stuck in there. After removing the sock everything was fine. Thanks

I let the washer sit for a while with the code flashing then shut off and back on. Luckily that worked for me. Looks like my daughter put in one piece of clothing and the usual amount of detergent.

Do the steps in this video it’s the drain pump. You’ll have to replace it
